Exchanges Made Simple
Thank you for shopping Red Hots Spa. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a store credit for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot take back worn clothing, undergarments, opened and/ or used fragrances and cosmetics. We do not issue refunds. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Merchandise will not be accepted for exchanged after 14 days.
You can exchange your online purchases at the store. Simply bring your item(s) in and we will gladly process your request.
Place your items in a secure package removing or covering any labels. You will be issued a store credit as soon as the item is received.
For your flexibility, return labels are provided for use on all domestic orders. When you choose our pre-paid return label option, we will deduct $5.99 from your store credit for the return shipping & handling costs. Please see label instructions for details. As always, retain your Order Summary and Tracking Number for reference.
We will ship all in stock orders on the next business day via UPS with whichever shipping option you choose. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email by the next business day as to when the item will be shipped.
