Spa Policy

Once inside the spa zone we ask you to please use your indoor voice. Also, we ask that you kindly turn off your cell phones, or any other electronic device that will deter you and your fellow spa addicts from the sheer bliss of peaceful relaxation. Spoiling in progress!

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Red Hots spa gift certificates are available for purchase in store or on our website. They are available in any denomination. They are good for the face value of the certificate and can be used for spa services or in our boutique in either location.

For your convenience the Roslyn location accepts Spa Finder, Spa Wish and Spa week gift certificates for full price treatments only. Cannot be used for discounted packages, spa parties or any spa specials.

Gift certificates/cards are non-refundable.

APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for a stress-free check-in and use of our amenities.

BOOKING / CANCELLING / CHANGING AN APPOINTMENT

Spa appointments can be made either in person or by calling the spa.

Once you have reserved your appointment, we’ll go above and beyond to prepare and customize your spa treatment; all you’re expected to do is show up. Should you fail to change or cancel (no show) before 24 hours of your appointment time, a 25% service fee will be charged to the credit card number it’s been held by.

For peak times including Saturday’s, Sunday’s and all holidays we reserve the right to charge a 50% service fee for no shows,  cancellations and/or service changes made after 72 hours. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy, as it could compromise your future spa experiences as well as the spa experience of your fellow spa worshipers.

If you are stuck in traffic, running late or just can’t seem to get here, please call ahead so we can do our best to accommodate you. If we are able to give you the full treatment, we always will. If not, you will still be charged the full treatment price. These policies enable us to maintain the highest quality of therapists and ensure that appointment times are readily available.

GRATUITIES

Prices on treatments do not include gratuities. We only accept cash or TIPPY for gratuities.

Gratuity envelopes are provided and may be left at the front desk for your therapist.

SERIES OF SIX

A 15% discount will be applied when you purchase any 6 (six) same treatments. Packages do not expire and can be shared for a guest fee of $10 which can be paid at the time of the service.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love all of your purchases, but if you don’t, you have 10 days to exchange or receive a store credit.

NO REFUNDS. No returns on undergarments, worn/washed garments, open packages or discounted treatments.

Spa Parties and Group Bookings

Celebrate birthdays, bachelorette parties or just a relaxing spa day with your besties, we specialize in spa parties! Choose from a wide array of services and gather the troops for some quality time while being good to yourself.

ALL groups of 3 or more require a credit card. For groups of 3 or 4 with single services there is a 72-hour change or cancelation policy. If the appointment is changed or cancelled after the 72 hours, the full amount of services will be charged. Groups of 5 or more or groups of 3 or 4 having multiple spa treatments or extended treatment times require a spa party contract to be signed and completed.  A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking in order to reserve the date and time.  If adjustments or changes need to be made to the contracted services we require a  72 hour notice prior to your event. Any changes made to the time or date of your event will result in the initial deposit being forfeited.  We will not charge the remaining 50% owed for the individual(s) who cancelled their appointment prior to the 72 hour notice.  The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event.  Once the remaining balance is received, we can no longer accept changes to your reservation including the number of guests, date, time and/or services. Thank you for understanding that this time is reserved especially for your party, so no exceptions can be made to this policy. Call to speak to a spa party coordinator today.

We reserve the spa amenities to be available for all spa party bookings. Spa parties may use the spa amenities 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after their sparty services. If any group would like to use the amenities for a longer period of time, please let us know in advance, an additional fee will be incurred.
